Your teaching is good, i am following, how msny minutes i should practice a day. After how many days i should go to your 2nd class. Please reply at your convenience

I am happy to hear that you are able to follow. Keep practicing for at least half an hour each day. The more time you practice, the better you will learn. Once you are able to do all three speeds of Thakkitta, then move on to Tharikida. But continue practicing all the basic lessons as you progress.

Hi Ranjith. I am manoj from tripunithura. Today I joined my edakka class. I started my first padakai tha ki tta. But there is one difference. Tha will play straight and both ki and tta are played downwards. Hope different places different styles.

Up to my knowledge, there are no such styles with ki and tta downwards. Tha straight ki upwards and tta downwards is the usual pattern. You may refer to other edakka tutorials too.
