The Metal Fight beys being so small is definitely a major contributing factor as to why they’re harder to beat. However, we definitely can’t overlook the fact that the contact points for the Fusion Wheels are incredibly smooth, which makes it that much harder for the X beys to land any serious hits against them. Once again, the Metal Fight series out here showing that the X beys have a long way to go before they’ll even be able to match Metal Fight beys in terms of overall competitiveness.

both are small and compacted, the only major difference is their heights mfb have the upper hand due to how short their heights are, giving them low center of gravity

​​@@unknown_username0101 honestly believe that the design of the metal in fusion and x lets them spin better. The metal being on top makes it so they rebalance as the weight will catch up to the spin. First gen and burst don't have that advantage as the metal is in the middle making it so that it drags the weight around. When you launch, you start from the top and everything else is dragged. Metal being the starting point means that it's what carries the momentum.

Of course the MFB beys will win more: more metal placed farther out spun at the same speeds gives them more angular momentum, making it harder for them to be knocked off balance. The extra weight from higher metal content on average also means they will resist any upper / force / smash attacks and the energy from the hit will recoil back into the lighter X Bey because it's not being transferred into the MFB Bey.

@@T-REX_-ww2hm that's not the OG Dragoon(Dragoon Storm and Fighter/Phantom). that's a much later version which in my experience would be great but those Beyblades didn't fasten to the launchers properly becoming detached before I could even touch the cord... although I might have gotten a janky launcher with my Gaia Dragoon. the Heavy Metal Beyblades were still pretty good though.

Metal fight will always be number one, you can keep your overcomplicated chonky asf beys and tbh pretty boring battles, the ogs will be enjoying the glory of metal fight, but seeing that beyblade x kinda returns to the simplistic nature of beyblade, that might be a new favourite or close to metal fight for the people stuck in the past such as myself, relly hoping they wont fumble the bag like they did with burst
