I Beat Dark Souls For My First Time but I Don't Want to Say Goodbye!

This video has been a long time coming but I have finally beaten all of Dark Souls 1 For my first time! The first video of this series came out back is July and now almost 4 months later we are finally finished! Dark Souls has been a fantastic journey on the channel and will go down in history as one of the games that started it all for me here on KZbin. @@1God1Fury Ohhhh no, it was worse than that. He had to do the whole aggro Solaire-kill the bug-absolve sins sequence. He’s really a saint for putting up with the amount of backseating we put him through.

Savind Solaire and summoning hims in the final boss isn't common, and yes that way the boss is super easy, but going alone it could be a big challenge.

6:48 Dude, that Super Smash soundtrack took me back. If I still had a Gamecube I would totally boot it up from time to time, that game is awesome. Sadly, I can't say the same about Dark Souls, I uninstalled as soon as I beat Gwyn. I'm more of a Sekiro guy, I beat that game 27 times.

Always fun to see someone do a first playthrough of a Dark Souls game. DS2 next? Don't believe the slander; while DS2 does have its flaws, no Souls game is perfect. Don't skip out on such a great game just because you heard some bad things about it, you owe it to yourself as a Souls fan to give it a chance. Just remember to level ADP to at least 20 or 30, unless you hate yourself.

fyi gwyn isnt the hardest bossfight but hes not easy either. its just that the solaire summon tanked everything and you had heavy damage which usually isnt doable against his INSANELY high speed

iirc, certain enemies such as the gargoyles, the necromancers get guaranteed drops after you kill the last of their kind in the world, so maybe that includes black knights? i dunno though. if you got them all naturally that would be ridiculous.

Assuming no positive correlations with getting one black knight weapon meaning it’s more likely for another one to drop, so the drop chances are calculated independently each time: they have a 20% chance to drop so (0.2) and you got 4 in a row, so that’s (0.2)^4 which gives a probability of 0.0016 Not factoring in humanity (which honestly doesn’t increase item drop change that much) So very lucky

@@TheChemistGaming I dont remember how I learned that, normally in games you mash direction and attack buttons, so I think i was mashing those then noticed I was was getting freed faster, so i went to confirm on the internet and confirmed all you need it mash r1/l1 alternatively. It was back when demons or dark souls came out ages ago! Im sharing because nobody talks about it. You can break out fast enough to completely avoid damage sometimes!
