Irminsul's dream is a reference to Genshin Impact. It is a direct reference to Nahida, the Dendro Archon (plant god). It takes the sprite of her signature weapon, A Thousand Floating Dreams, and the way it deals damage is designed similarly to elemental skill. Irminsul is basically the tree of memories/dreams and is inexplicably connected to the Dendro Archon.

The reason that the solar tablet didnt work was because the big light thing hadnt been completed after moon lord. Beating moon lord sets the flag of the light approaching and until you beat the boss you cant activate events like that.

I dont think you use too much qol mods. You are a content creator not a just gamer so if people want to see some fishing they can grind it for the fishing achievement. I also remember that you can earn essence for visiting biome in some conditions ( I dont remember that much its been so long that i played terraria in general ). Good video as always ^^

Great video covering the mod! I wished SA has a tutorial/tips on the boss gimmicks, especially the early bosses, since they have pretty cool gimmicks but has no mention of it whatsoever. In the end, first time players will usually skip them until later where you can tank them (that's what I did). I'll mention them here for bosses whose gimmick Skeletron didn't mention (those I know of) for those curious: Vagrant of Space and Time introduces barriers as gimmicks, thats it really. His attacks when he boxes you in can be easily dodged by teleporting using the barrier. Thespian, Act of Alchemy has a move called Ringmaster's Will that tells you to either move left, right or stop in 3 seconds. If you don't do it you take a chunk of dmg. It also makes you leap left/right involuntarily. Dioskouroi has a fire/ice gauge. Hitting the fire twin increases ice gauge and vice versa with ice twin. Filling fire all the way causes you to take DoT, filling ice slows you down. Gimmick is to balance the gauge and try not to kill one too quickly, since then you can't reduce the gauge. Boss itself helps you since whenever they use the move where they clash to the center, they equalize their hp. Fun fact: Penthesilea's ink attack used to insta-kill you instead of chunking you, so rejoice she has been nerfed :)

@@Skellytronn yeah olso you get diferet weapons dpeding witch starfare you choose and could've switched ANY aspected weapon (and with one of the abilities from Stellar Array ANY WEAPON AT ALL) to damage type and olso you can have an rematch agaist the starfares post tsukuyomi as now they have more abilities aside the mod is compatible with calimity and thorioun among others but yeah i glad you make the video of this mod

I'm pretty sure the Solar Tablet didn't work because you hadn't beaten the Warrior of Light. After you beat the Moon Lord, you attract the attention of the Warrior of Light, which causes your world to undergo a period of Light Everlasting. Until you beat the Warrior of Light, night never falls, and while I haven't checked, I wouldn't be surprised if it blocked the Solar Eclipse as well. Also, I think you might have missed the Aspect Weapon system, which lets you change the damage type of the mod's weapons, at the cost of a damage penalty. You could have made non-Melee weapons and just swapped their damage type to Melee. (Haven't finished the video, so I might be wrong.) On that note, have you considered doing a non-Melee playthrough? Because I've seen you do Melee on every playthrough, and... well, variety would be nice. (And regarding QoL mods, I do think you might use too many, but like, most of what I've seen just cuts out busywork. I personally avoid a lot of QoL mods because at some point you're skipping most of the game, but well, I also don't play this game as much as you do, and I don't have deadlines when I do.)

I only went melee in this playthrough cause I saw the murasama and bury the light were in the game and I REALLY wanted to use those (although I didn't know they were celestial type weapons and not melee)

Yeah, the damage change thing is cool but it is 10% reduction. Also, there is no armor or accessories for Celestial Weapons so it doesn’t really matter if you use them in a Melee play through

I really hope you just use whatever QOL will make it most fun for you. I can totally understand how u do not want to build houses every single playthrough, or dig a hellavator each time. Great video, was entertained the entire time. Also another note: Don't change your QoL mods if they make it easier. Content creation is supposed to be fun, and I feel like adding on top the grindiness of Terraria with all the other stuff you have to grind (like the bosses, and the editing of the video) It'd just lead to a unenjoyable experience. Do whatever you want, personally for me, I don't care what you really do. Anything that makes your content creation experiences enjoyable.

QoL mods are really necessary, they are used to not waste time. For example, digging straight down to the underworld is just clicking and mining straight down, who wouldnt be able to do that? Its better to use insta tunnels, same goes for houses and boss fighting arenas.
