​@@somegingerkid8419 If you are talking about the software we can see for example at 1:01:35 it is called PKHex. There is a version dedicated to Emerald Kaizo called EKHex but the base software is PKHex. You load your in-game savestate into it and you have access to all infos about your mons ;)

Great question - in my stream I have a channel points redemption to make any mon shiny using PKHEX. So by the end almost every min has been redeemed. I also use PKHEX to check IVs, and that’s always shown on screen to viewers to make sure I’m not being a silly cheater. It’s all the same run!
