My defense got absolutely tossed this week. It was good for stopping Edelgard, but definitely not set up for Ike. Back to the drawing board.

I had a record of 9 consecutive replays with E!Ike this week. Just crazy... Surprisingly enough, my defense still held up similar to yours. Although Ike himself could tank everything, got a few replays where I sniped supports and that caused surrenders. Had a funny match where E!Ike was completely walled by V!Myrrh and none of their team could do anything so they had to surrender even though she was the only unit left.

That's honestly the way to win EIke encounters. Ngl, I took some snipes from ppls defenses exactly like this. EIke is so braindead that I'd just throw him in and since he can't double, units like Hel(who was bonus( opened up alot of jumpscare moments when she got danced or L!Hinoka jumped in with WoM4 to get my backline lol

Well I did something similar but I have Lyon on my roster as well. I support him with Emblem Marth's -1 and Robin to get Iceberg precharged, something Ike can't easily handle. I also have Fallen Julia on the team which is the cherry on top. Even if Ike gets to survive injured the strike, Deep Wounds makes sure the next nuke gets through him.

I had a glorious 3 months of Wind Claude in AR-O and AR-D before Winter Byleth came out. Sadly he has been on the bench since then (outside of Arena Assault).

Didn't see much ike outside the vault. The one I did see I reverse gigabrained myself into a def/res ploy that got rid of my grand strategy so lmao

yeah, going back to extending your defense to reach the whole map should be the easer way to deal with E!Ike teams, I've been testing an A!Eir rally trap with pass to try and get through Ike but I did not go well at all sadly

still surprises me how many ppl bring 6 buildings in these replays. After all these years, most ppl in vault still do it. I feel uncomfortable bringing even 4 lol

Ike is glue incarnate. I thought potent and Emblem Marth with despo was a mistake until I realized E!Ike at +0 is a greater player phase unit than E!Marth at +10. I love Ike as a tank but Great Aether’s damage output (50% of his atk stat minimum and can go up to 90%) along with Laguz Friend DR negation and True damage is not even close to funny when compared to Potent + Lodestar Rush.

Im hating Emblem Ike so much lately... He is like the turd every lazy talentless kiddy goes to like a fly. Cheap, no effort brainrot unit. I wish they wouldnt release such broken crap into the game...
