I was there at that race, and I didn’t know who I wanted to win at one point. Hamlin (my second favorite driver in NASCAR), Kyle Larson (my future favorite driver once Kyle Busch retires), or Ty Gibbs (my favorite Xfinity driver in the 2022 season). But I was happy to see Denny win in person. And the post race interview reminded me so much of Rowdy when he was with JGR. By far the best race I’ve seen in person. Even got to meet Mikey at his bar in Bristol, and I saw Kenny Wallace and John Roberts on stage for trackside. I also saw a badass local band called The Twang Bangers perform outside of the track. Check ‘em out y’all, they’re awesome.
