8:46 - Now Lachy, that is the GOAT weapon of this entire game (imo)! It does A TON of damage close-to-mid range and has an explosive AOE (if I'm not mistaken)! One shot (AOE or body) and a good pump and they are DEAD (no capping if memory serves)! (It's just not too reliable from range I guess, but I've never actually landed shots with it from that far away consistently, so yeah I'd say not great for long range {ironic as it's a bow XD} [I'm also a controller player lol]}).

The reason the bow only did 15 damage is because you hit the person with the arrow itself while he was at an angle so only the arrow hit and the actual explosion didn’t hit.
