It's pretty normal, when Raiden deals her slash, you lose one HP if you're into that shield of hers. So If you heal at the same time/afterwards, you get one HP back

If you're on wishes 90-100, you will get the 5-star promoted, but in theory you can at least 1 4-star every 10 rolls. I often do. I'm missing 4 characters in total (that'll likely change in less than a week since I'm not rolling for Tighnari, but I'll likely end up with both Collei and the genie, whatever her name was again, since I usually have (relatively) decent luck with 4-stars). That said: I am jelly as helly of your unadulterated good fortune. Probably the worst choice of locations to fight specters, though.

2:05 well to put it simply i had 110 pulls saved in total for ayaka, along with the 50/50, but i was at 70 pity so i had her guaranteed with the fates saved, and I got her within the first ten pull. Then i went on to try to get sayu as i did not have her yet and really wanted her, and continued to win yet another 50/50 (my 3rd one in a row) to get a c1 ayaka right before getting sayu. so it took me about 100 pulls just to get sayu (not including the 12 i did on hu tao's banner when sayu was it, the 300 pulls i've done on standard, and all of the event pulls with the slim chance i could get her, or weapon pulls.)
