Tho by the end... This author had avgd somewhere around $17k a yr (give or take a thousand, not sure on the upgrade costs) and had over $100k saved up after 30 yrs (plus presumably had paid into social security all that time and thus had at least that much again in benefits). As a min wage worker i nvr had any hope of achievin such things >.> Ofc, the only reason he cud do this was bcuz he had connections all over the place to always find work and also had a small nest egg of over $20k to draw from and only had to pay a mere $1000 a month in rent while generally getting paid almost that much per job at the start and able to work two jobs a month at that pay. Like, we can only wish to have gotten as lucky as this author.
