Out of seriousness, there should be a historic museum in remeberance of the past of that town, if theres not one already. The whole party throwing idea is a bad idea that might bring in trouble, i personally believe the houses should be restored, like them ol towns in the south that remodel them into businesses and keep the historic picture, maybe some land could be divided for people to purchase and move there and start an actual development for a small town. Itll be expensive for utilities, so im guessing taxes would go to a town nearby that supplies this town already. I wouldnt mind moving there. Im assuming theres a grocery store not far from there.
