I think I was one of the first to know the chainsaw trick actually, I played the game since it came out and when I was lvl 40 or 50 something I found the chainsaw trick and literally used it frequently when I knew the existence. you don't have to hold rightclick chainsaw, just hold right click and when you're in the air you can un hold, you can time the chainsaw ability so that you can use the boost after you slide jump. The formula is to hold chainsaw ability then let go when you already perform slide cancel and then time the chainsaw ability again to when you land on ground and then perform another slide cancel. This is to save more fuel and make crazy movements for longer.

i can give you a tip for controller. some of the time the aim assist and auto shoot will not work for some times but if you hit them with aim assist what i do is i hold the shoot button to actually do more damage.
