You should play more tbh this was such a fun game. To become pharaoh you must become a royal family so you would become next in line. The reason why you become pharaoh even though you are guard is because theres no prophet or royal family assigned. Basically the hierarchy are something like this: PHARAOH = ROYAL FAMILY = PROPHET = GUARD. I usually just kill all the prophets , royal and then pharaoh so i can become pharaoh whenever im guard lol.
