I walked away long ago due to his severe avoidant style. I was drained. The only thing he ever does anymore is stalk my social medias and Every great once in a while try to “check in” and “I miss this..”. And I send him away because he has no intention. Maybe check out the Personal Development School online and find out about Avoidant Attachment styles and behaviours and what you can expect from them. They are very difficult to deal with. Love is their Kryptonite and you must not suppress and ignore yourself in the effort to "keep ' them. They don't care about your feelings because they are not in touch with their own . I love how God designs it so that as you awaken and your vibration elevates, some people just fall away from your life. It's not that it isn't heart breaking sometimes (especially with blood relatives), but that it's for your highest good and somewhat just "naturally" happens without much effort. No strategizing or planning needed....like "no batteries required". It's as if it is "magic", which it is, because it's God and his angels orchestrating it. How wonderful is that?

@ Way Cool. I lived in Fulda Germany 1987-1990 as a military wife and civil service worker of US Army. I consider it to be one of the big adventures of my life. I truly appreciated experiencing the German culture. My youngest daughter was born while we were there. A decade later I held the position of US Controller for Lindenmann a big heavy equipment manufacturer headquartered in Düsseldorf. The dynamics between a young 30ish southern female controller and my senior in Germany a 60ish very formal German Male were quite perplexing but I impressed the hell out of him during one of his visits during a DUE DILIGENCE audit, that as he walked past my office on his way to the airport, he's waves his hand in the air, like a king pronouncing a degree and tells the CEO, extra month's salary for Mrs. Andrejko. It was such a validating moment for me that I'm here telling you about 30 friggin years later. 😁
