Hello world, In this video, I'm gonna show you the Best, Quicker & the Easiest way to create Editable Sunburst or Starburst in Adobe Illustrator.
And a Good thing is, We Don't need to Expand our shape So it is completely editable. You can increase or decrease the count of spikes/rays, and you can change its thickness too.

I try to change the stroke of my line, and i dont have a triangle, or any shapes you have, only solid 100% hardness line, a dotted line, and softer line. No triangle or curves, do you know how i can import different strokes, or add more options? is it something i can download or addon? i think im using CS6

That's radial gradient. Press G to activate Gradient Tool. Then select Gradient type to Radial from Gradient Panel. And choose your colors.

Actually there's a way. You can use Adobe's Mobile apo called "Adobe Illustrator Draw". Get it from Google Play. Apart from Starburst, you can do a lot more. Give it a try.
