Today we have what turned out to be an italian food challenge filled with italian favorites like pasta, steak, seafood, short ribs, texas bbq, chicken parmesan, salad, sauces, tuna, a full loaf of bread and so much more! While it wasn't endless pasta like Olive garden, there was so much food and we were in the quest to complete this italian food challenge (what became a menu challenge). The staff were very friendly, and Mia Bella is known to be italian with a twist, offering authentic italian flair with international favorites and fusion foods, even street foods all mixed in to this culinary adventure! I derive such joy when I hear that music, and you put your hand on your forehead and sail away to the moon! Your expressions of 10 out of 10, describing the various nuances and subtlety of the various flavors, and true appreciation for well-prepared foods. You had a video of BBQ meats in Texas as well. So I would not call that chicken parm I would call that a roulade a roulade is a piece of chicken that is flattened stuffed with something like mushrooms and spinach and cheese rolled up pin together deep fat fried with a batter on it and served so to me this is more of a chicken roulade than it is a chicken parmesan chicken parmesan is just has sauce and provolone cheese or mozzarella whatever you prefer or what the recipe is sometimes it can have stuff in the sauce but other than that this is what I would call a chicken roulade
