I don't get houses that cost 8 digits with a 2 car garage, I mean let's face it, if you are middle class guy with a wife and a single 16 year old kid you'll probably have 3 cars, and that's on a budget with a bit more money you'll probably have a weekend car or a truck or both, maybe a couple bikes, aside from the fact that you might want 2 kids or 3, and that's average, if you can afford a 13 million dollar house you should probably look for a bit more space for parking, specially in LA where you need a car to do anything, and I know you can probably park on the driveway, but come on, 13 million is not 130 thousand, you shouldn't be improvising at that budget, but aside from that lovely place, I would change some things, but still lovely.

less cuts would allow more flow in the videos. for example when they arrived at the floor they have never been to, it was cut to an end of a hall. how did they get there? what was the banter along the way? just a thought, Because Adam's editing in the past was organic and showed the whole picture. it helps to make you feel like you are there, rather than just watching a segment. lots of love still, and the homes are gorgeous and inspirational
