If you are feeling that helpless then you may need to seek professional guidance. Or, perhaps you're being too harsh on yourself. You may have set a high standard for yourself and are just not there yet. There will be challenges along the way and you may "think" others are judging you one way or another but honestly, they probably have their own issues to deal with also.
