Crazy to think these older boxes are going for this much. I remember at one point they would bundle Pokemon cards together at Walmart and put them on a clearance sale to try and get them off the shelves. Sucks that those days are gone.

Their are so many different varieties, sets and cards I want it Kinda hard to choose what I'd get with a $1,000. Budget ! But I'd prob spend half of it on a bunch of the more pricey unique n rare cards I'm still missing from my collection like 1st ed Gengars, the banned jap version of Sabrina's Gengar Holo, the 9 AR Arceus cards from platinum Arceus, the few 1st ed dark (holos) from Team Rocket like 1st ed Dark Raichu sec rare Holo, dark Charizard , Dragonite , Hypno n Alakazam . The dark forces Espeon 102!! Umbreon Holo 13/75 Neo Discovery etc... Then I'd let my wifie spend the rest of the budget on whatever her beautiful heart desires!!!!! She was the one who got me into pokemon in the 1st place.
