one thing i wanna say about gaming is that it doesn't always have to be competitive. I recently bought an xbox 360 and have genuinally been having some of the best times i have had in gaming in years.I view gaming as a social activity more then anything, and i have been staying away from the trap of multiplayer games, and i would advice you to do the same. Things like the xbox 360 as i mentioned, or trying things like the 3ds, or overall just not playing the modern free to play competitive time wasters. gaming is something that is for everyone, but i see people overlook it because they don't take the 10-20 minutes needed to realize and see that there is more then whats promoted on the front page of the steam, epic, PlayStation, or xbox store.
