The wheel is completely a fake program. When you spin for the first time a variable in the code it set to 1. The program recognizes that value and plays the video. Everytime you spin with account the variable is increased by one, so I the video will never show up again. Also, when the wheel is spun a secret and separate variable randomly selects a number, probably from 1-100. If the key number is selected then the wheel will land on the win. The wheel doesn't randomly spin; it spins based on the variable that is selected.

It’s programmed to always give you the video the first time, but afterwards it’s a regular sweepstakes. The only “rigged” thing is the fact that the wheel is purely cosmetic and that you actually have a higher chance of losing than winning. I’ve seen lots of instagram posts from people who won money and stuff so it’s definitely possible
