And we have a garden we're planting that's a little under a quarter of an acre were going to can veggies.. Also there are people that hVe been vegN their whole lives and they are going great. Also vegan body builders are winning competitions.

Sure wasn’t off fruits and vegetables… vegans couldn’t exist without societal and industrialized privileges. That’s the only reason I disagree with it. It gives a false reality based only on those privileges. If you had to live off the land and didn’t have access to thousands of vitamins and perfectly processed vegan foods you couldn’t just eat fruits, veggies and beans and survive, your body would eventually shut down and you would die from mineral deficiencies. What probably made you feel bad and raise your cholesterol is sugars and carbs. I used to dirty bulk and my cholesterol and blood pressure would be shitty af when on cycle cause I’d just eat shitty fast food all day. I’ve cleaned my diet up and eat strictly healthy and cut out bulking. I eat 1lb of white meat everyday and treat myself once or twice a week with red meat. I eat 6 eggs with a yogurt and 16oz orange juice every morning. I eat usually 2 potatoes a day as well as avocados or some almonds to help with fiber and fats, I snack on those throughout the day staying within my caloric intake range. I only eat breakfast and dinner. I eat a very strict diet and have never been healthier. My cholesterol is excellent and blood pressure as well. My doctor has no problems with my diet, I’m only 25 also. High blood pressure and cholesterol runs in my family heavily. So yeah all I’m saying is you definitely should eat meat, meat wasn’t what was caused your issues, tribes in Africa only eat meat and drink blood from animals everyday pretty much since birth and live to be very old without almost any medical care. Sure they eat fruits occasionally when the can get them and honey. But meat makes up roughly 80-90% of their total diet. I hope you read this and possibly change your views! Vegan ideology is harmful and not a good way of living. A healthy well balanced diet with meat included is by far the healthiest option.

The actual truth is, yes we can live without animal products and it has nothing to do with privileges we have today. But you are still young wait til your 30a or 40a when your body turns on you lol. That a real thing. I had to get off animal products because it gave me ibs and damn it was bad. I would have one of each thing and found out after taking out of my diet I did way better. Now you can eat however you want and keep a low caloric, most importantly, stay off of aprocessed foods as possible and you should be good. I'm not one of those vegans that push for animal rights and environment, even though they all make sense, but I'm only saying that you can live without animal products. Now the reason why you heard alot of this stuff about people needing meat is mainly from the companies that are pushing it and lobbying in the government to change laws and facts to benefit then to sell more meat. But again if it works for you go right ahead it has nothing to do with my diet and it doesn't bother me of you eat that way. You are not me. I'm still not understanding why you think you need to educate me on my diet it shouldn't even matter to you if I'm on it or not and I'm healthy for doing it. There is no myth in what I said earlier since there is straight up proof on it. If kept to idea that I need meat to survive I will be living my life with explosive diarrhea and maybe get colon cancer the way my body reacts to animal products. But besides that I'm not spreading misinformation since I already did my research and listened to my body. If my body didn't react to meat that way then I will still be eating it. One guy ate only potatoes, chips and chocolate for over 30 years, he had no problems with ilnesses or things like you describe. I myself ate bad foods like fries, pizza without meat and pancakes every day, had no problems with my health. I also had a healthy period where I would only eat only vegetables and take vitamin supplements. Felt no different to me than eating so called bad foods everyday. I think it differs person to person. Just like with smoking some people die from smoking relatively young and others smoke and live to get much older. Or for example rockstars who took all kind of drugs and lots of it and live to old age while my neigbours friend only used one drug and died at young age. I dont believe in vitamins anymore as I didnt feel any difference in eating healthy versus so called bad foods. Vitamin supplements I took did not make feel different or better or have more energy. When a man can live of only eating potatoes, chips and chocolate for over 30 years and has no problems where do vitamins come in to play I wonder.
