Be aware of the corrosion that salt from sea water can cause to metals and paint on your property. You must use special materials that will not be affected by corrosion when building. I suggest using metals like stainless steel (for roofing, siding, and other exterior applications) and copper (for roofing and gutters). Vinyl and other synthetic building materials can also be used for roofing and siding.

👀👀 This land is beautiful. Honestly, Ghanaian land buyers usually stay away from lease land purchases because it’s a lease. Unless the lease states that the land owner will resign your lease and at what price, your children will be packing and everyone with a lease would have only built a community for landowners children. Be wise, it isn’t a rule that because your American you have to purchase a lease hold land. Stay wise, stay blessed🖤🖤

Any concerns about the fresh water quality in that area since plots are so close to the ocean? Perhaps you should have someone check the water quality first before you decide.

This is a Virgin land. There is no pollution mostly coconuts trees in the area. The water is sweet. No industrial hazardous in the area.
