You can look totally skinny but still have a high procentage of body fat. What actually helps, is build up muscle in order to stay healthy, because when you get older, your body will lose the muscle and you will get more and more immobile and fragile. The irony of it all is, you will automatically weigh more / lose next to no weight and Japan does not like muscle, especially with the ladies.

The Japanese have very warped understanding of overweight. Sure by their 162 cm ( 5'4 ) standards most Westerners are overweight. Most Westerners however are far taller than your average Japanese person. I once had a Japanese doc say I was overweight. I am like doc I am 195 cm tall ( 6'5 ) with a 91 cm ( size 36 ) waist. You're carrying more body fat than I am and I am quite literally three times your size. He acted all offended when I pointed that out.

The best thing to do is to get an experienced hand in wig styling so that you yourself can prepare and style it up to your own comfort, but long wigs are just by what they are going to be a hassle. Which is why harvesting wefts and rearranging them to thin the wig down is a life saver.
