Build a bear I know really well though. If you see cats or wolves, snatch them up! If you get the pumpkin cats (there’s og and the re-release), they’re worth $100-$200 depending on where the pumpkins are on the head. Then there’s the Great Wolf Lodge wolves, the rainbow and camo ones go for around $100 and the werewolves, there’s a brown one with fabric inner ears that have glow in the dark moons and stars, those go for around $200. The other werewolves range from $50-$100 and the wolfman one $20.

It’s not, it was a “generic” tiger plush that was sold by target. But it’s well very close to actually looking like Hobbes, it’s why it’s worth so much. They were very hot when they came out years ago.

I love seeing that tiger plush pop up again, lol. It’s value is all based on the fact it looks EXTREMELY close to how Hobbes looks from Calvin and Hobbes. But it isn’t Hobbes (they literally have no merch) it was made by target over 10 years ago. Someone in the design team was cheeky cause they went just legally enough where it isn’t a exact copy so they could make it. The difference is the wide cheeks and the fur on them, that’s it. So when these came out years ago they were all scooped up cause people wanted a Hobbes plush.

For the tags like the one on Pinky I've had luck taking them off by bending/folding the skinny end over so it lines up with the long part, (making it look like a lower case l instead of the upper case T it is,) then you can push/thread it through. It's annoying and sometimes you catch a thread when you're pushing it out but it should be easier since it's on a flat area of him. I've never put one back on tho. I imagine you could make a pinhole and push it back through? Id recommend practicing on some you don't care about first lol

31:57 that is made by gemmy they make lots of items including SpongeBob and they do make the SpongeBob door greeters they also used to make a keychains of Nickelodeon characters there are some for sale right now there is a Dora one with the tag for cheap I think five bucks they also made a SpongeBob snow globe but it's extremely rare and I only seen one video of it it's owned by a collector but you should try to find it they also do make some SpongeBob inflatables some as old as the 2000s

45:37 it is supposed to move but with most of these items they run off a mechanism that is part of gears and sometimes runs off belt and if it's an older item with then probably made in the 2000s or 90s or maybe the 2010s the gear will split into him the most common gear that splits his motor shaft gear which is a 8 tooth gear or 9 tooth but yeah it is pretty a repairable but you will unless you don't know how to repair these items if you're new to this community you basically have to learn how to repair it yourself unless you can ask a buddy or a person that's into this stuff but basically there are some online tutorials of how to repair this stuff
