Another great project! Love everything you're doing working around the regulations from the rediculous powers-that-shouldnt-be, and showing us how to do it! One thing i would ensure in the horsebox is good ventilation for the double bed. A couple of little windows either side would produce a through draught.

Thats a great idea. If you're going to put a log burner in you could put a log burning stove instead so they can cook on it or are you thinking of having a little kitchen area? That would make it really good. You could connect it to calor gas if you wanted and put in a proper cooker. A lot of people put solar panels on the roofs of van conversions for electricity as well. I know nothing about how that is done or the cost but obviously you do having done it on your house.

There’s a dude on TikTok selling static caravans for £1,000 with free delivery within 50 miles or paid delivery. I wouldn’t know what’s wrong with them or the rules around it but expect they are past their years being on a camp site legally. Didn’t Clarkson help change the law for farmers building on their land back in April? Was that for only existing buildings?
