@@jamesybeattie Ah awesome man! I saw a gaming site on Flippa that I thought you would have bought up. So is your plan to own 10-20 of these sites all making let's say $1k+ per month and cash flowing you or are you thinking of flipping them and making them tendies that way? I guess you could have a mix of the two as well. Have some sites that you keep in your portfolio and have some that you grow up to flip when you have 4 or 5 x'd your purchase price like the e.g. you gave in the video of buying for $5k and selling for $20k
@jamesybeattie3 жыл бұрын
@@eugenedesouza7375 ideally a mix of both. Ones that I enjoy the niche I’ll likely keep and grow them out. Right now I’m doing some writing but have also started outsourcing the writing. There was a gaming site that I narrowly missed -.- anymore pop up they’re on my radar haha
@eugenedesouza73753 жыл бұрын
@@jamesybeattie yea that makes sense for a balanced portfolio of sites. How much are your writers costing per article, I know that varies based on length of article though. Hahaha I tell you what, when I see one pop up I'll email you and hopefully if you haven't yet spotted it you'll be able to snag it 😉 A gaming site makes so much sense for you since you enjoy gaming so much. I could see you doing very well with a gaming blog and KZbin channel.

Thanks for sharing man! Are you still running any POD stores while you build this SEO/Blog business out or have you switched focus and you're 100% focused on this new business and left POD behind you? I'd imagine running both POD and 3x Blogs is a bit crazy along with the YT channel.
@jamesybeattie3 жыл бұрын
Still doing bits and bobs with POD but nothing crazy. But would love to get the KZbin channel on the second blog pulling in some nice views and at that point I’d maybe go full time into the blog/KZbin
@eugenedesouza73753 жыл бұрын
@@jamesybeattie Ah okay. I have been wondering what was "cashflowing" you while you build these passive income businesses out. Thought it may have been the bags 💰 from the dropshipping days or maybe you were trying to run the POD at the same time as build these out. So on a daily basis are you spending the majority of your time writing articles and making YT vids for the other blog & YT channel instead of the POD?
@jamesybeattie3 жыл бұрын
@@eugenedesouza7375 still a bit of a split I try to do 1 article per day which takes about two hours then outsourcing some of the other content. The rest is spent on KZbin and pod
@eugenedesouza73753 жыл бұрын
@@jamesybeattie Ah, I'm trying to find a balance and also trying to ensure that I don't get caught into some kinda shiny object thing. 🤦♂️😋 I guess because you're more experienced with the KZbin thing you have results to know that it's a marathon and that of you show up daily over time it will pay a reward and that same marathon mentality crosses over into the blog world. I've been more in the Ecom and affiliate game where you see results faster but it's more volatile. So I'm making the assumption that you're looking at this with a marathon and long game outlook as opposed to a sprint and seeing money come in quickly.

Hello what is your advice? For someone new to Flippa and I'm interested in buying a dropship business, but not really wanting to send alot of money since this would be my 1st time.

After you purchase a site, do you then have to create content, or does someone else keep updating?
@jamesb9672 жыл бұрын
Do you buy established Shopify stores? I buy Shopify stores and when we don’t, we sell to other people!

So $5,000 for $100 per month is a good ROI?
@jamesybeattie3 жыл бұрын
It was $150 per month so $1800 per year, that’s like a 35% return per year, stocks or real estate generally won’t give you that

30 to 40x revenue is insane. Even 30-40x profit is way off.
