Hello, my name is Shaun and im from Southern California and I started watching your videos so I'm a newcomer on your show and I just want to tell you that I like it a lot very educational and it's fun to see what people have. I was a collector as a child with my dad from the 80s. 90s, in early 2000s, and when my dad passed away in 2004 I pretty much stopped. I had no drive or ambition. Now that my kids are grown up all gone oit the house my wife told me i need to get a hobbie lol... so I chose to collect cards again. I've been watching a lot of videos and all this new stuff, and how people are just buying these cards for the money and not the love for the collecting. What are your pointers now? In this new era That I should go by 2 make this fun Still.... thank you

Wow. It’s nice to see that lots/deals like this still exist. It’s been at least 15 years since I’ve found one. But it gives me hope. Nice find! Also, Jack Kemp was a longtime senator. That’s his 3rd year card. In that condition, it has to be at least $25 and probably more than that, unless it’s creased.

I have the entire unscratched 80-81 set sitting right next to me and 2x +5 of the Jagr OPC rookies .... Lets do a deal .... I really like some of the other cards as well ....... $450 is a steal ..... Take that Payton out and check it. People screwed down the holders so tight back in the day and sometimes the card gets sandwiched and ruins the card or they will stick to both sides of the holder. That Gretzky is maybe a $5 card. Yeah second year but a subset card and like all the other 1980-81 Topps hockey cards in that collection, all have their black boxes scratched off so people don’t really collect them.

I wasn't entirely impressed with the haul yesterday but it was a break even day, this one is a runaway winner. if you ever want to move some of those good condition semi-stars in football or baseball hit me up I would love to try to find something worth grading even if it's not a key year. loved this video, super exciting.

The sunflower seed card is not a real signature. I had a Griffey Jr and it wasn't a real signature. It was in a bag of seeds I bought one day when I was high. Lol. It's like Panini cards today, no team logos on the hats or jerseys.

Funny. If you were to buy my whole raw collection, I too have a random 1964 Topps The Beatles (with all four). That Jordan oversized set was just UD capitalizing on people who buy Jordan. The 4th championship card was a top loaders to one of UD's hobby sets from that year. I can't remember which one...

What is the error on 1958 Bart Starr card ? Also if you like collection error cards you should get the 2015 bowman Marcus mariota on it they put buckeyes on his college instead of Oregon and he lost to Ohio state in the national championship

17:46 That's the 1996 Upper Deck Jordan Collection Jumbo Box Set. After seeing this video, I hopped online and bought all 24 cards individually to complete the set. Also, saw a buy it now listing on eBay for $90 that included the box. Upper Deck put out a few boxed sets of Jordan during that second three-peat.

Those 90’s basketball inserts have some value. Especially in nice condition. The flair inserts and Metal inserts sell for stupid amounts of money at times. Also keep your eye out for any pmg’s…..lord knows people would sell their soul for pmg’s 🙄😂

Otis Anderson is the 2nd best rookie of the 1980 Topps football set. He was great but burned out young. There were 3 of them in the binder. They’re probably worth a decent amount in good condition. Also that 80 Topps Clay Matthews in the very last stack was a rookie. Maybe $5-$10 I suspect. Thanks for these great videos lately.
