Just a suggestion: if you run across wood furniture or even good veneer furniture, you might be able to sell it or give it away to furniture recyclers or artists. There are many people who take that old furniture, sand or strip it, maybe make modifications, and stain or paint it to modernize it and sell it. I say this because I saw that oak china cabinet top, and they actually make cabinets and things out of it. This would at least alleviate dump fees and stuff going to the land fills.

I can safely say that you made your dollar back! You are right, it’s surprising how much money people waste on storing junk.

Hello from Bandar Seri Begawan! Yes, I'm on a trip again to go diving and I'm starting with the Sultanate of Brunei! Yes, it's true that this locker is not exceptional, but hey, for a dollar you shouldn't complain too much! LOL! You are right to keep the same outfit as the day before so as not to get your clothes too dirty in this kind of locker... We know that lockers can damage clothes faster than normal, but at the same time, if you need some, the lockers provide! See you at the next locker!

Hello, Jack and Janna. I have missed you guys. I have a pacemaker put in and now there's something else going on. So I'll be having a stress test in April also. My eyesight is so much worse, so it's hard for me to see you guys and hard for me to use my phone and I do a lot of talking on it. But I want you to know that I love.And miss you guys and Jack.I hope you're doing well.Don't work too hard.Love you both bunches❤❤

LOL! Consultant to manufacturing! IF I believed you would be appreciated, I would say go for it!! Your opinion matters. I am 58 years old, recently retired, and plan to start my new RV life in about one year ... travel N. America over the next 5 to 8 years. I have to decide whether or not to sell my house ... Then, how much do I lighten-up? Whatever I keep will be packed into a pod and stored until I decide where to live out the rest of my life. But if I die during my journey, I do not want my benefactor to have to deal with junk. Watching your videos and listening to your commentary have greatly influenced my ability to "sort my stuff mindfully." Thank You for that!

It's always good to keep an open mind when it comes to books. They can hold a lot of value, especially religious and specialty books. You might want to consider scanning their bar codes or running the ISBN to see if they have a good resale value. This way, you can unlock hidden value and make some extra cash. By the way, I really enjoy watching you sort through lockers, but I was wondering if you could show us more of the books you come across, even if they're not interesting to you. Thanks Melissa

do you scrap out the metal your do you give it away?
@LockerNuts8 ай бұрын
I just give it to the recycle center. They pay for mixed metal, but it's so low, it's not really worth the time to wait in line and get paid. Drop off for free is quick and easy. If I find a bunch of copper or aluminum, then I get the scrap fee but I don't think I've ever brought over $100 in metal more than once before.
