Man, I'm excited about the new Lemon, and its engine, can't wait for the dyno session. I also have an 899 cinquecento, and I am going to tweak the engine, but more in line with your slug, for now... :) Hope to see you squishing your little lemon soon.

Thanks alot...and as for tweaking your 899 you really don't need to go nuts..bigger throttle body and decent airfilter and then just some decent chassis stuff...they're super fun and genuinely tough little engines

Mate that's awesome! Charlie's done well with it, stoked to see what you get up to 👍🏻

Thanks mate..it certainly had a lot of love at one point but just needs some good TLC to bring it back up to scratch. It wouldn't be anywhere near as specced up if it wasn't for Chris losing his mind and sinking all the money into the engine 😁 I'll just take it on and evolve it more

This is going to be awesome, A trofeo engine is rare as hen's teeth and from the sounds of it, they probably go quite nicely too! At least better than my 1.1 anyway 😆 Looking forward to videos with the Lemon

Thanks mate..I'm genuinely interested how well it goes with that low ratio box and the engine spec. It's sure to be a revvy solid set up..and hopefully it'll have the chassis spec to make the most of everything it has to give 🤞

Yes 900 love. Building a 965cc engine for my cc
@wornoutracing2 жыл бұрын
Awesome..what are you using to increase it up to 956cc??
@leonleber70592 жыл бұрын
965cc engine from a a112. It has the dame stroke as a 899 but pistons from the 1050 abarth engine

Enjoy the new toy Ben! 💪👍 White is perfect for a trofeo replica, but I don't like the seats ( too modern!) Cheers
@wornoutracing2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Fernando ...its actually not going to be a trofeo replica 👍😀 at least I'm not intending for it to be. I'm with you on the seats though ..but theyre super comfy for now so they can stay for a little while until I find and fit the new ones.

Cant wait what size wheels you going for 😉😉, also are the pockets colour coded factory or hand painted?
@wornoutracing2 жыл бұрын
I've actually got 13 and 14' wheels for it...I kept the compomotives fromthe turbo and have some rfx wheels too...the minilites are up for sale 😎 The pockets are hand painted 👍ill swap them out for some plain ones
@aarontash2 жыл бұрын
@@wornoutracing I think smaller wheels definitely work, I have 13" minilites on mine 😅, ya I don't like hand painted stuff I'll be looking at how straight the lines are in traffic 😅
@wornoutracing2 жыл бұрын
@@aarontash I think I'll stick to 13's on track and the 14's for road use..the comps should suit it perfectly once I get them refurbed their new colour 😀

Hi. What size wheels are on there. And what kind of tires and what size.
@wornoutracing Жыл бұрын
I've since sold these...they were minilights 6x13 I believe..I forget what tyres were fitted I'm afraid..I think 175 60 (the wheels were fitted to the car when I bought it but sold them straight away)

Great vid and lovely Trofeo! I am building a Trofeo 899 engine but as you mention, getting hold of the ECU or mapped eeprom is the worst bit. Do you happen to know how to get these? Cheers
@wornoutracing2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Bram, and great to hear youre building an 899....this ecu was actually sourced by one of the previous owners and came from (i think)somewhere in Portugal..so I was VERY fortunate to have got it with the car
