I bought a used Dewalt dxcm601 60 gallon air compressor for my Langmuir systems plasma cnc table.
I went to TSC and saw this used Dewalt DXCM601 for under $100. I asked if unit worked and they said it was returned and so9ld as is. I know the electric motor alone is worth about $250 so it was a risk I was taking. I always wanted to add an auxiliary tank to my Langmuir Plasma table and thought this would be a great buy. The unit powered on, built pressure but I need further testing to see if compressor head is working properly.

Its been 1 month and I have not attempted to test compressor out. I want to run 1 compressor to fill both tanks and the reserve capacity should really help with long cuts on the plasma table. I have 1 220v/50A outlet and cant really run the cutter and compressor at the same time so that is the idea of using this as an auxillary tank.
