Manual cars are for drivers.. autos for chauffeurs, and mostly women, Mercedes and Rolls Royces.

I could not live with that engine. I love Jags but the XE turns me off. I was pulling it out of the Jag specialist I use and the gearbox broke entirely. Having now fallen out of love with that car I hit Autotrader and found an XJ late 2012 portfolio with 16000 miles on it for £18,900. I've put a deposit down and I'm seeing it in 2 days. As for the XF either the gearbox will he completely fixed in which case I can sell the cat for about £6,500 or I get my £5000 back and sell the car for £1500. I cannot wait to see this XJ though, if it's as good as it should be then I'm buying there and then.

I'm with you Matt...how does anyone get in that everyday and think it's acceptable? It doesn't matter if you have kids or not-clean it! Good video, looking forward to the end result.

What’s wrong with manual Jag? I would get a manual over auto any day

Brilliant job Matt, hopefully the previous owner sees it and feels totally ashamed the way they traded it in..

If they proudly traded this vehicle in this condition, imagine what their sofa looks like… Jesus.

I’d love these videos if you could go back to the owner and quiz them on why they’re such grubby bastards 😂 alike you, I’d be ashamed of that. People are minging

Wow! Amazing and fascinating how you have transformed that car! That ripped bodywork must have beem filled in with filler! It looks brilliant, and who ever buys that car is going to be a proud owner. I would be.

Judging by the interior, i wouldn't have thought it's been serviced much at all. Timing chains should last 300k but need quality lubrication. Coolant didn't look a good colour either.

Nice transformation. Man, that engine sounds like a diesel locomotive. 😂

I wonder if the previous owner knew it needed a drive chain and hence selling it. You did well to make a good profit Great vid, just don’t where you find the time to make them week on week but keep it up as like many others look forward to them

Previously driven by pigs and not worthy of driving a Jag!!! Disgusting!
