The pens are alcohol marker (felt tips colouring pens) and are not that expensive around £20 is what I payed for that band. And colours don't always match the colour. Great for the gran kids

In the UK when Amazon gets customer returns they actually sell them under the "Amazon Warehouse" seller account almost like it is a marketplace customer. They are always cheaper, and will say stuff like "may have small damage" or with TV's that they might be missing the remote etc. Bought everything from TVs, to CDs and PS5 games through the warehouse account.
