Congratulations! How exciting and what huge fun - making your first home! Great apartment, I absolutely adore the floor plan and that kitchen is fabulous (so is the brilliant large balcony - I'd spend most of my time out there!). Brings back memories of my empty little house and filling it with family "donations" - a bed from 1 gran, saucepan set from the other, kitchen gear from mum & dad, etc, etc, while I slowly saved for the stuff to fill it.

Congratulations! Reminds me of buying my first apartment in my 20s & how exciting it was to decorate to make it my home. I also had bare windows when I moved in and it was way too hot! I lived there for 10 years before buying a house last year but still have huge fondness for that apartment. It was a similar layout to yours but with fewer cupboards. I'd love to know more about why you bought the apartment and what the plans are for it since you aren't really living in it, like why you chose to buy now if you're not using it for quite a while and can't afford furnishings and all that jazz. It's not the usual way people do it so I'd love to know your plan! x

Tia Laughs probably more of an investment property. Buying to rent out. Let someone else pay the mortgage for a home you own at the end of the day while still living in your parentage and saving on rent. That's just my guess

Congrats! I hope the first home buying experience wasn't too harsh! When we bought our first place it took about 5 months to move in properly, but we bought a house built in the 50's so we had to re-do the floors and paint etc. But when we moved in the house was practically empty. It looks like a great space to work with though! And congrats again, just getting a foot on the property ladder in Sydney is tough!

Huge congrats to you. Its so interesting to see a finished apartment as i work on the an aspect of the apartments. I work on the fire doors and frames. So seeing it as a plan to a finished apartment makes me feel complete. Much stress and yelling has built that complex lol. Love your videos and can't wait to see more
