The elements of design and architecture that have reached deep down into your spirit will keep giving you thrills, on paper, in film, in your daily surroundings and yes, it is wonderful, embrace it. Congratulations on the many things you have had to deal with and are dealing with, but it sounds like you have reached the summit and can see the valley below. Quite a happy valley really.
