Your totally right about "good bones" those ol B model Cats are bulletproof. Don't get the best fuel mileage but will run forever. You can " turn up " the pump / bigger turbo & injectors just keep a eye on pyro. Personally I go with " Tel-Tec" digital pyro ( ezer to see/ read . You'll love the " Fatboy" day cab kit - a MUST HAVE if your taller than 5'5" and over 160#. Otherwise there's NO leg room it those trucks ....

Earlier B models didn’t have air to air, but the newer models had air to air. That’s when they moved them up to 425hp. Probably one of the best engines that Cat has ever built. You should be able to get a bit more hp with a bigger turbo and timing the injector pump, without hurting the longevity of the engine

Hey Greg, Seen in your video that the 15 has a gas 7in premium cluster. Was wondering if there was any issues using the gas cluster on a diesel truck and if the oil pressure gauge works or displays what the def gauge would be reading? Thanks for any info!
