Got the xx slower swing speed Krank 2 years ago. Used it for a year. Gained 15 yard average and straightness. Alas, the crown cracked on the side. Krank would not replace. Def would get another but afraid it would break.

I got an XX and used it for about 45 days or so.. it cracked all around the bottom of the face and up the side where the weld is. They replaced it no questions asked. I think they have a 90 day warranty or something like that. So i got the replacement, went ahead and ordered an X in 10.5, the other one is a 9 degree. I kind of think I am right between those two face thicknesses. The one thing about a Krank. Whereever the face is pointed when you make contact is where the ball goes. It is very forgiving in that regard..I will keep using the X until I get a bit older. I am 68 now. The ball also runs forever when it hits the ground. Which of course helps a lot.

Got my Krank XX driver two weeks ago. Tested my Ping, Titleist drivers extensively against the Krank at the range. Can honestly say I am driving 30-40 yards further. Yesterday, I drove 7 balls out of the driving range. Not even remotely close with my other drivers

Update most shots of mine are about 40-50 yards further have now crushed a few over 300 yards. It has been about 14 years since I hit over 300. Two of my buddies Left Handers have tried the club and always have to look as they all want to drive with the Krank. One of them just bought his own. Watching the ball take off the club face is amazing.

It might not feel like a tin can, but boy does it sound like one! Getting 1.5 with a driver is impressive; that means you were centering that up and getting everything out of it. In the end, you outdrove your gamer despite the shorter shaft. I only wish these were in stores to try because it's pretty tempting.

I have been playing the Krank driver, 3 wood and 5 wood for a few months. Biggest thing for me.....miss hits go straighter and further. Won't be changing anytime soon.

Great review; I like seeing your swing face on and then the down the line with shot tracer. Did Krank give you an explanation as to why the Kranked shots flew so straight? Your consistency looked like you were a totally different golfer.

I have the X And I was getting 280 drives with it … normally 240 I switched shafts to an old Fujikura atmos stiff and I’m getting it out to 290 to 300 On good hits . Shaft is 46 in . I’m using a Jumbo max ultra light

Yep. I was hitting 230-240 got the XX with Fujikura flex shaft 46 inches, hitting taylormade speedsoft balls, and now hitting 280, my best drive was 314 par 4 on green in one. One of my golf mates started using it. He now has bought one

Love the innovation here, and the the best way to demonstrate it is a comparison to a proven product, and with a dandy new tracer and launch monitor. Superb! and good fun without the slightest sign of a hernia on those last swings.

I used the Krank for a few months and it was ok not great. The shaft options were terrible when I bought mine. The pro model is the only (USGA) legal option for the record

Hi Steve. So the big question is are you going to game the Krank driver from now on ? I’ve had the Fire 🔥 driver weeks after Bryson shot his 58. Lance Reader called me from Phoenix asking if I too wanted the new Krank having had Kranks in the past. And like you found this driver is something else and it’s so try the more you give the shot the straighter and longer it goes !!

The one Bryson plays is the LD version which is for swing speeds faster than the pro model you have

But surely all the calculations as to where a ball will go are all based on a perfect swing path / arc.e.g. if I hit from the toe region calculations say it will go left but if the driver face makes exact same contact but later in the swing it will go right. So the drivers construction results are based on the golfers abilities to get the desired or potential gains?

Anything but the Pro model is not approved for legal play by the USGA, Too much COR (springy face). I bought the exact one as here in the video but never could hit it as well as I do the Ping G400 Max. I have a 103 driver speed. It was a nice driver and I liked it, but you gotta go with what you hit well!

Difference is never the clubhead it is the right shaft and weight.

I bought two of their heads. An X and an XX after the first X I got cracked around the bottom of the face and up the sides where the weld is. They replaced that one but I am keeping it for later in life. It did take off very far and very straight with an easy swing. I now am using an X version. Dont hit it quite as far most ot the time but it is straight. I am using the shaft that was on my rogue x driver. They are compatible with Callaway adapters. They do send you one of their adapters and a wrench with the heads. Their adapter has an extra setting on it for lie angle. When I set up upright on a shaft i installed it on I started hooking the ball so I just decided to use the shaft that came with my Callaway driver. It seems to like it the best anyway of the 4 shafts I tried I also like the loud noise it makes lol.
