Putting the snarkiness aside, that centre pinion should be the strongest part of the assembly. The only logical explanation I have for them failing is that it is material science and engineering being used to make it just brittle enough to be a frequent point of failure... It looks like planned obsolescence. Make the centre pinion brittle, so you can still market that your 'propellers' are sturdy with legal technicality, while the product as a whole as an entire assembly is garbage.

It is very important to use a test chamber as to avoid breaking your machines.

Because cheap stuff have no name tax on it. It is just like with everything. Like with cars for example. Most money is made on parts not on car sales. I can bet that those original blades have $18 mark-up on the price. Or even more.
