Worst experience with ekart service. I had already mentioned my phone display broken and have some issues with touchpad too on behalf of that I got some value for my old phone from Flipkart at the time of ordering 14 plus but when delivery guy came to deliver then he directly rejected my phone by saying he can not accept the broken screen phone and pay the amount of the phone to get the phone or cancel the order. Even I spoke with Ekart manager and he was very rude on phone. Never ever ordering from Flipkart anymore. I have all the proofs which will be uploaded shortly.

@@AUK.8 Haan delivered on Monday through Flipkart open box delivery . Just make sure to do a full video from package arriving to end . Also check phone damage and then finally give the OTP to the delivery boy . Don't provide OTP beforehand. And i updated to ios 17.0.3 yesterday and no problem till now phone is working fine
