Hey kairos! The level up offers pop up after you level up in experience level (its still here, but it shows you the level on supercell account). Level up offer pop up when you unlock a new brawler, because after unlocking one of them you get A LOT OF xp to your level.

I think for an account to be “maxed out” the account would need to be like the dev build. Everything unlocked so you can use any build at anytime; all gadgets, star powers, gears, and hypercharges. Plus, that means the series doesn’t have to end soon😉

I have a lot of thoughts right now but I wanted to start by apreciating you, you've been my favorite content creator for six years. The one video that I've always consistently watched is the 100% honest review video, so I was feeling sad for the last few updates when I saw that you didn't make it but I was extremely happy when I saw that you posted this video. As for my thoughts on the game I think it is in a good place right now and I mostly agree on everything you said, right now I'm at the point of the third big issue that you presented I have a completely maxed out account and searching for gold has been frustrating especially when I have over 40k power points. Even if I don't gain any power points supercell can release over 15 brawlers (I think) and I would be able to max them out with power points but I barely just get by with coins. I think you should get both gadgets and star powers since they are useful in different situations (starr drops give those and you've said in the past that it saved you coins even if you already have one). However, gears such as damage, gadget, shield, or the gear specifically made for the brawler are typically the best so I don't see it fit to have to get all of those, especially since it costs so many coins and you'll probably never use them. Moreover, supercell could rework gadgets or star powers like they have done in the past and the better one could change, but the best gears usually stay the same.

For me "being maxed" means have EVERYTHING so all gadgets, all star powers, all gears and all hypercharges (for brawlers that have one of course) so if you do this it's gonna take a while because more hypercharges and more brawlers are going to release as you play

i think you should get all gadgets, star powers, hypercharges, and epic and mythic gears. for brawlers that don't have any epic and mythic gears, just get any 2 gears. all gears on every brawler seems like overkill IMO and will need wayyy too many coins

I think its the most realistic to think thay the account is maxed out for haviing one gadget, star power and 2 gears. I think for the F2P you should consider a maxed account an account like this but for this P2P series i think its fitting for you to "buy" every single ability.

Basing off of Brawltime ninja,I think a maxed out account is when you have everything.Which right now means that you need 1.6 million coins to max out and you're already at 1.2 million

Both sp and gadgets are kinda necessary to be called maxed and i don't think of all gears but u should buy all the ones that are always usefull in any situation like speed,shield and damage for all brawlers then the gear of your choice.

It doesnt matter how much money you spend someone who is lucky will always get more progression than you, sprays pins skins player icons from your legendary and mythics across dozens of them vs getting many hypercharges new legendary and mythic brawlers which can make up months of progression. Brawl stars is a competitive game based off luck, it does not matter how much skill you have you will not be able to beat a power 11 hypercharged angelo with power 6-7s because you only get cosmetic items from mythic to legendary starr drops which. Competitive games should definitely not be mostly based off luck instead of skill
