I think the idea of a cheap mini phone is great! Not as an all day every day use, but to take with you camping/hiking, or literally even a bar/club. Not INSTEAD of your actual phone, but WITH it. That way if something happens, or someone tries to hurt you and makes you give them your phone, they’re not going to expect you to have a miniature phone in your pocket that can STILL call 911. I’m not sure how many of you are aware of this, but even if you have an old flip phone from 2005, if you can get it to charge, it will STILL call 911 even without paid service. ❤😊

Still astounds me how amazed she is by the "smaller" phones. My first smartphone was an LG Optimus. It ran android 2.2 and had a 3.2" screen. That was fairly normal.
