Speaking of having issues getting products to Canada that don't ship to Canada: I've heard of these package forwarding services (eg reship, shipito, etc). I'd love to see you review one or a few of these and see if they work, are worth the money, how long they take, etc. Fellow Canadian here.

Finally a good review of magic spoon! I’ve seen way too many people with no intolerances who eat sugar all the time try it and then complain about how it tastes gross compared to other cereals but for people who can’t have normal cereal, can’t have sugar or who are on a diet, it’s an amazing alternative! Plus your palate changes when you’re used to eating food that caters to intolerances

Okay, but everything about it is a little iffy. I can't imagine the amount of artificial chemicals and flavours they put in them just to make it something akin to cereal while having those high doses of macros. It doesn't look healthy at all and shouldn't substitute actual natural sources of protein and fiber. Only in the US would it be considered a healthy option to cereal.

If you look at the ingredients list they actually are very transparent about what goes into them and there are definitely no artificial ingredients. Traditional cereal has WAY more iffy ingredients in it. Magic Spoon’s fruit loop version has these ingredients: When protein, casein protein, monk fruit, allulose, high-oleic sunflower, avocado oil, Tapioca Starch, Chicory Root Inulin, Natural Flavors, Salt, Turmeric Extract, Spirulina Extract, Vegetable Juice American Kellogg’s Fruit Loops have these ingredients: Sugar, whole grain corn flour, wheat flour, whole grain oat flour, oat fiber, soluble corn fiber, contains 2% or less of partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, soybean and/or cottonseed), salt, red 40, natural flavor, blue 2, turmeric color, yellow 6, annatto color, blue 1, BHT for freshness. I would definitely prefer the ingredients of magic spoon’s version if I was going to have cereal!

For the "lengthening" mascara, I would try waiting for the mascara to dry a little and then applying to only the tips of the lashes and repeat a couple of times. I've never used this mascara, but I think that's a lengthening trick that should work with any mascara. However, the small brush on this mascara probably helps make the process easier.

As a diabetic who is also a cereal lover Magic Spoon has been a lifesaver. I use milk that is lower in sugar (it's ultra filtered so the sugar content is lower while having more protein) and the cereal and I'm a happy campter. I'm glad you enjoyed them! I do agree that they tend to taste the same. Personally, I'm a fan of the fruity ones the most. Also, I'm not a fan of the bars. Your Dad is correct that they've got an odd aftertaste. I don't think that's the sweetener as monk fruit and allulose don't really have an aftertaste (in my opinion) but something they put in there is definitely odd.

The sun is responsible for like 80% of the visible signs of aging, which is why is plain crazy not to protect your skin. If you already did a video on this, I'm so super sorry for missing it. My boyfriend actually tried magic spoon and got like a 4 pack of cereals from them and they were all foul, the cereal is very sticky and sticks to your teeth but it’s also really gritty, it leaves a bad aftertaste as well. I tried every flavour and the issue was present with all four, even after brushing my teeth I still felt like the cereal was stuck in my teeth.
