the RS7 is one of the best cars to tune. Exhaust + tune and it's getting + 150hp. Also don't get straight pipes because it will sound dogshit, get a good catback exhaust(valvetronic) which will be expensive, but sound way better than sound dumping straight from headers. You can close the valves on the valvetronic exhaust when you want it to be quiet

Jason, I know you’re not much of a car guy, but hit PQ up again to get some new wheels (preferably chrome, as they would look better), air suspension (so you can lower or raise the car whenever needed and avoid hitting anything again), and a front splitter (to improve the car’s front-end appearance). I’d also recommend getting new sequential taillights and headlights. If you’re into music, consider adding a sound system. That’s all I’d really suggest no need for performance modifications since your car is already fast enough, and adding more might make it harder for you to handle. All cost a lot of money just suggestions. Also exhaust would be fire forgot that.
