Growing up, my sport was swimming. Never was into competition, but I took lessons for years, and have always loved it - especially in the ocean with some waves. As an adult, I’ve enjoyed gymnastics, ballet, and tennis. At the minute, my go-to exercise is biking around my city. I also love a good walk.

I think Lululemon is my favourite but also those navy Alo shorts are gorgeous! Mia looks like a spring so she suits warm birght clear colours the best rather than soft cool summer colours. It's why shiny gold jewellery looks so beautiful on her. The spring colours enliven her and clear her face whereas the summer colours enhance grey and flatten. I'm a spring and made that mistake for decades! That coral is a perfect spring colour, cream is also good. A warm light purple would look stunning on her! 😘🍓🌤🌷🦋 p.s. I'd say the pale pink top she got is a warm pale spring colour. Looks gorgoeus on her as does the cream cardigan at the end. Warm bright colours make her look soooo healthy 😊

You are all so kind! I just wanted to give some advise for sienna and her cheerleading as I do cheer as well. As a flyer, make sure to keep really tight when up in the air and always lock your knees as it is really helpful. I just also really wanted to say that you are the reason I started gymnastics and that even though you are so young, your still a lot of peoples idols already. Thank you sienna for just being you and sharing you skills and tricks!

Good luck on your CHEERLEADING Competition Sienna. 📣 I didn’t know Mia done ROCK CLIMBING 🧗‍♀️ as a sport/hobby. No wonder she always looks so lovely and slim . I love to go WALKING 🚶‍♀️‍➡️ in open spaces in amongst the Wildlife and hear the Birdsong and see nature all around me. It is a great mindset and so relaxing. I always try and doing at least 10,000 steps EVERYDAY !
