Jaret Campisi I've ridden it for about 400 miles so far. Put the more comfortable seat on it as well, so comfort is good. In terms of heat, I expected it. BUT I just try to deal with it and not think about it. It's still worth every penny

haha right on man...I guess a little heat is worth it for the looks and that savage engine. Also, I road a 1299 with rizoma rear sets and it made the riding position wayyyyy more comfortable as well. Something to look into. Keep up the great vids man.

Alv!!!!n I believe this is just a stock exhaust right now, if you're referring to the shotgun exhaust then that's the eu spec 959 due to noise emissions and that.. The U.S. Spec gets the proper underbelly exhaust from factory.

2013 1199 and my buddy has a 16 1299 and other friend blew an engine on a 899. Yeah bet you didn't see that coming. His 1299 has been in the shop for a month and a half already because they don't know whats wrong with it. and my 1199 kept leaking oil/overheating/wiring harness recall basically wasted a whole riding season on that POS until they finally agreed to buy it back after so many visits for the same issue. Im sorry you had to learn this way you're obviously in love with the name and the luxurious fashion behind it. But they're unreliable bikes ;) just know you heard it here first ill keep an eye out for your Ducati failure vid in the near future ill make sure to like it and comment!

+Chicago R6 VAG own them now the past 5 years or so I think so reliability in theory should be alot better. No BS bro I didnt get any problems at all with my past bikes apart from a flat battery and a service.
