I'm sorry but if you're going to be drinking extremely healthy seed ridden smoothies you're going to need to invest in a Vitamix. Ninjas or other brand of blenders do not extract anything from the hard seeds of multiple fruits. But a Vitamix will pulverize the chia seeds and the kale into literal powder unless you like a crunchy smoothie? which is not a smoothie
