A little advise, keep the old car, drive it as your daily driver. Save the Jeep for weekends and keep the miles off your Jeep. Plus it is cheaper to insurance 2 vehicles than one. Insurance companies look at it this way: 1 vehicles will always be home. My Jeep Wrangler JL is fully covered, my truck has liability only. My insurance is $111 a month and that includes renters insurance.

Omg 1st video, but I looooooove this! I’m so happy for you. And your Jeep totally matches your whole vibe. That’s my fav part about seeing Jeep owners in their vehicles! I’m also finally pulling the trigger on purchasing a Wrangler after fantasizing over them forever. I totally understand the feeling of just making a decision and being prepared for some of the trade offs you made compared to if you were to keep waiting. I actually decided to go used on my current budget vs waiting and getting something new, but that was ok for me. I plan on pretty heavily modding anyway and I felt like I’d be scared to make mistakes on a top-of-the-line fresh-off-the-lot vehicle. I may upgrade in the future but I’m so excited for my first Jeep. I have a Carvana delivery in like 2 days and I’m dying from anticipation!!!! I know the fill up was more expensive, but did you also have a big difference in how much you burned? I used to have an old Lexus as my first car too and I feel like they ate gas so I don’t imagine a big difference.

Congrats!!! I was the same situation when I graduated college and didn’t have credit established. So it was hard finding what I wanted and / or approved but when I did get approved my interest rate was high however , it’s always good to look into refinancing the car loan with a credit union ( if you can ) 6months - 12 months into the loan to get a cheaper rate .

I’m leaning more towards a rubicon sport package. I want to change to grill, get armor tires, with a hard top and I want it in black or white with cloth seats. I just can’t wait

Good for you for getting your dream vehicle at such a young age. I just got my Jeep Wrangler last summer. It took me 34 years to buy it. The Navy kept me busy for 20 years. As soon as I retired I bought my Jeep Wrangler JL in Ocean Blue Metallic. Enjoy the ride!

My credit is bad but I’m spending so much money on transportation to and from work that a car is just necessary. You can always refinance your car once your credit has been established for a lower interest rate ! If you can afford the payment and have a plan DO IT SIS ! Congratulations again love !!

Listen I can relate so much with people trying to tell you what you could’ve done better or should’ve done better, especially when you’re young. I’m the youngest in my family and they looove to give their unsolicited advice lol It can make you feel like you did the wrong thing or like you should’ve have done what you did. IGNORE THEM. The imposter syndrome is still something I’m unpacking at 26 years old. But one thing I realized is this - if they are not contributing to pay your bills, their opinion doesn’t matter. Is anyone else’s name on that Jeep? Does anyone else contribute to your income? If not, let those opinions roll off your shoulders. I never make long comments but that just resonates with me.
