From my experience with airsoft AKs, the spring that pushes the charging handle forward is usually the same spring that pushes the dust cover lock button back, so without that your button won’t work :)

That L96A1 sniper is not totally broken, it is a common error. Just replace the triggerbox and it will shoot again. U could buy a plastic triggerbox but I would highly recommend to buy a metal one, they last longer.

Not sure where these came from but here in the tropics, stocks with rubberized coatings tend to become sticky over time due to the humid climate. My Stubby m4 had similar stickiness.

Some airsoft fields use colored tie wraps to denote engagement distances based on overall joules. My guess is that fourth replica saw some use of a field and was chronoed and red tagged. I paused the video to type this so it's about time to unpause and see if I might be right.

In regards to the last AK; the little loose piece on the barrel is a retainer for the fore end, which you jammed on backwards.

You should have no problem selling most of the M4 style rifles, minus that Chinese plastic one that looked like a caricature of an M4 lol.. the AKs will move too, but that sten gun and the other oddball ones will sit in a corner or head to the landfill

The sniper (L115A3 I believe) looks like it needs a new trigger and sear. If the barrel and hop is good enough it might be worth the money but if it's something like ASG or Well? Forget it as the only thing you'd be keeping is the externals.

That black AK has someting like Anti-slip coating on the stock and grip and it will become sticky like that after 10+ years or hot weather. You can still clean them off to make it nice and shine like a new one again. :)

The ak its an easy fix i have pretty much the same gun from lancer tactical as well and I only had to carve a grove in the pin that holds the lid together in order for it to stop popping out

I lucked out, I bought a boneyard mystery box and got a Cyma m14, just needed to reattach a wire that had come off and it worked like new. ~$200 msrp

@18:30 I have the same problem on an AKS I bought years ago, but on the stock, the pistol grip, and the whole front build. The rubberized stuff just goes bad after a while. I'm now designing a full conversion kit for that thing so I can 3D print it. If its already fucked, I might as well make it into a Cyberpunk-esque freak, lol.
