Those exist already they’re called SkiSkates which require a boot or SnowFeet (the smaller version) which can be used with any shoe. They’re both super fun to try, but SkiSkates go much faster

yeah we had the yellow version 24 inches long 5 or 6 inch wide plastic with a flatrope strap i think in color white they were definitely for kids but i remember playing on em as teenager as ya could strap to just about any size shoe infinite fit

Yeah, this has been done, but instead of using the boot connector from a snowboard, they just made really short skis that were like 18 inches long. And they worked really well

Yeah, being a freeskier when those short shorts skis came out. It really was for the rollerblades dudes to like the Mountain. They were good for practicing scary stuff. Horrible for landing though.
