Glad you took constructive criticism and didn't get butt hurt. ;) You'll use like 7-10 cfh backpurging and like I said, Solar Flux is a good option. I usually use it on the flanges, then use my silicone plugs to back purge. The plugs would burn if I did the flanges with them installed.

You"ll need a dual outlet regulator as well. The Amazon ones work ok for cheap....but SHUT your gas off every time when your done because they typically leak a bit. All I use for purge plugs at my home shop is tin foil.

If it's in a trunk, the back seat and frame behind it, count as a firewall. In 30 years of racing, I haven't seen a tech object to that. I've seen more object to fuel pressure regulators being on the engine compartment firewall. Too, many people do that, it's against NHRA and IHRA rules.

Had to laugh when you said tech and how they are picky about a rear fire wall. My full tank is mounted in trunk and have a large piece of card board I painted black behind my back seat. They haven’t even noticed 😁
